Terms & Conditions

Skyhunt IT Park Pvt Ltd (“the Company”) is a licensed provider of Internet and Internet Telephony services. By subscribing to any of our broadband or related services, the Customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Service Agreement

  • The Company agrees to provide broadband/high-speed internet and related services (“Services”) as per these terms.

  • In case of online service subscriptions, additional terms applicable on the portal shall also apply.

2. Service Feasibility

  • Service activation is subject to technical feasibility and payment realization.

  • The Company is not responsible for any delays in installation. Payments will be refunded in case of non-feasibility.

3. Service Plans

  • Service plans and pricing are listed on www.skyhunt.in.

  • Plans may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice.

  • Customers may change their subscribed plan outside of a billing cycle, subject to applicable fees.

4. Equipment Ownership & Usage

  • Equipment provided (modems, cables, etc.) remains property of the Company unless sold via bill of sale.

  • Customers are responsible for maintenance and return of equipment upon termination.

  • The Company disclaims warranties on hardware; repair costs, if any, are borne by the Customer.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via cheque, online transfer, or demand draft.

  • Late payments attract 18% annual interest or prevailing market rate.

  • The Company may suspend services for non-payment and adjust security deposit towards dues.

  • Device rental continues during inactive periods unless returned.

6. Usage & Fair Practices

  • Services are for personal use; commercial use (more than 12 hours/day) may lead to disconnection.

  • Customers may not resell or redistribute connections.

  • Usage beyond plan limits will be billed in the next cycle.

  • Unused MBs do not carry over to the next cycle.

7. Service Quality & Limitations

  • Service quality is subject to environmental and third-party factors.

  • No guarantees are made for uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • The Company is not responsible for content accessed via its services.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customer must ensure compatible PC/LAN card setup.

  • Customers must not use unlawful hardware/software.

  • All services are governed by applicable Indian laws.

9. Termination & Suspension

  • The Company may terminate service for:

    • Misrepresentation or fraud

    • Non-payment

    • Illegal or immoral use

    • Unauthorized reselling

    • Regulatory orders

  • Termination may occur with or without prior notice. Services may be suspended during maintenance.

10. Refunds & Deposits

  • Upon service termination by Customer, a written request is required.

  • Refunds (by cheque/NEFT) will be processed after deducting outstanding dues.

  • Subscription and installation fees are non-refundable.

11. Security, Privacy & Indemnity

  • Customer is responsible for secure password management.

  • Use of VPN/encryption must comply with DoT rules.

  • Customer agrees to indemnify the Company against misuse or legal violations.

12. Legal & Arbitration

  • Disputes shall be resolved under Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, in Mumbai.

  • Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Modifications

  • Terms are subject to change and will be updated on the Company website.

  • Customers are advised to check www.skyhunt.in regularly.

14. Additional Notes

  • Sales agents’ identity must be verified before making cash payments.

  • The Company is not liable for payments not received at its office.

  • Connectivity speeds may vary based on websites accessed and are not solely network-dependent.

By using the services, the Customer confirms understanding and acceptance of the above Terms & Conditions.
